For Mommy: 3 DIY Foot Scrub Recipes

Swollen feet are never a good look. More so, they can hurt! Instead of wallowing in misery, give your feet the love and pampering that they deserve. We have three easy, therapeutic foot scrub recipes and are here to share them with you. You will certainly feel like you enjoyed a day at the spa once you are relaxing and soaking the day away.

#1: Peppermint Scrub

You will need:

  • 1 cup fine sea salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 10 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tbs dried peppermint leaves (TIP: Take them out of a tea bag!)

To make:

  • Start with salt in a clean bowl, add oil and stir until mixed well
  • Add peppermint oil and leaves, stirring until smooth
  • Scrub away!

#2: A Simple Sweet Scrub

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 cup Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 10-15 drops lavender essential oil

To make:

  • Simply mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container!

#3: Strawberry Scrub

You will need:

  • 1 tbs sea salt
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 8 fresh strawberries

To make:

  • Remove stems from strawberries and mash
  • Add oil and saly, and continue to mash until the scrub is chunky
  • Spread onto feet and exfoliate!
